For the film “Planting Seeds” by the Synergy Sisters I wanted to find a way to make my camera operators more inclined to experiment and feel free filming without using the hand held or tripod options for a change. Thus the Glidecam 2000HD came into our lives. I had done a lot of research on this product before making the $450 investment. I highly recommend buying the forearm support to save your wrist. It only cost about $50 on B&H Photo when bought with the Glidecam 2000HD. The product works really well with prime lenses. Also something to keep in mind that zoom lenses don’t work well with this product because you can’t zoom while filming with the Glidecam 2000HD.

Lensbaby Composer ProThe Synergy Sisters paired our Glidecam 2000HD along with the Lensbaby Composer Pro in order to create an artist feeling for our magical documentary “Planting Seeds” coming soon. Check out the blog and kickstarter to learn more. The Composer Pro works really well with the Glidecam because of how light the lens is. The Glidecam 200HD does not work well with 24-70 or 70-200mm lenses because they are too heavy.

Shylah’s Healing Vibrations

Shylah Ray Sunshine, Amma’s mother, raises the vibration at Ecotopia, an eco friendly festival that occurred the weekend of Oct. 22nd & 23rd in the golden hills of Ojai, Calif. The intention was to gather talented people that would bring consciousness to the community. Shylah performed her soulful music, taught a workshop on home birth and how to empowering yourself as a women. The DVD for Planting Seeds will include Shylah’s workshop and live music in the special features section of the DVD menu.

Amma’s Fifth Solar Return

The Scorpio fairy had her fifth birthday today at her Papa’s house in Ojai. Shylah, Amma’s Mother, accompanied with her partner Connor, and Amma’s father Erik created a beautiful space for celebration, where children played instruments, picked ripe persimmons, shared organic homemade food, gathered around a warm fire, and contributed gifts to Amma’s birth alter.

The evening was capped off with the showing of this video as a teaser for the short magical realism documentary that the Synergy Sister’s are creating over the coming months.

The 11.11.11 date was all about raising the vibration in our collective consciousness. The Synergy Sisters were blessed to participate in this sacred gathering at the Mystic Topa Temple in Upper Ojai, California. Talented musicians made sure to get everyone singing and dancing, speaking words about love, hope and a new lifestyle, in which we feel and live in oneness.

I read somewhere this beautiful vision..
‎”The 11.11.11. portal is about reconnecting to our hearts, knowing that we are all one and that seeing in another what we wish for ourselves, is the only way to bring true healing.”

And for all Light Workers, the Pleiades also showed their symbol of presence. Making Mariana Campos feel blessed to capture that.

The Synergy Sisters hope to show the ideals displaced in this video of community and oneness in their much anticipated magical documentary “Planting Seeds.”

Amma Flower, age 5, is helping her mother Shylah Ray Sunshine, age 26 and her partner Connor Love Jones, age 20, fetch water for their ducks and chickens at their newly built yurt in Ojai, Calif. Shylah Ray Sunshine is a talented singer, songwriter, musician who is passionate about home birth and teaching woman how to empower themselves. She will be having her second child at home this December in the hopes of having an ecstatic birth. Connor is getting their home ready by applying his knowledge of permaculture to create a sustainable property that invites the community to participate in sharing wisdom with one another.

The intention with “Planting Seeds” is to create a revolutionary film that explores the new genre of Magic Documentary filmmaking. This film reveals a lost tradition that is vital for life, the practice of home birth. We will follow a young family’s journey to create a holistic lifestyle that promotes personal empowerment and the primal connection with mother earth.
